It is for a 19 inch rack 3U front panel for a Portsdown 2019 with 7" Screen mounted in a G4XAT bezel. Probably the engraving will fail to load. It will import into Front Panel Designer from Schaeffer. STEP files are neutral format CAD models so ought to load into any 3D CAD software.
