Parts ordering from BOM
Making up kits of parts for projects is time consuming and expensive, an alternative is to supply a BOM (Bill Of Materials) that can be uploaded to a supplier, they will effectively make up the kit of parts for you! and even print the part No on the packets ( such as R1,R2 etc.)
The word file File:Using the DigiKey BOM Manager.doc shows how to do this for RBTVMOD when ordering from DigiKey.
