There are 3 channel types on the streamer:
Member streams
Every BATC member is allocated a channel which is managed from the member's account dashboard.
Repeater streams
Repeater streams are actually a separate user in the Wordpress database but they use the registered stream owners email address - this likely to be the same email address as used for the owners normal member account. The registered stream owner was copied across from the old streamer.
To gain access to the account do a password reset but enter the repeater name rather than your own user name in the user name box. You will then be sent a password reset email. Once you have access you can use the account dashboard to set up your stream in exactly the same way as you do for your members stream - note because of the way WordPress works, you will have keep both log ins separate.
Unfortunately you will be unable to log in to the old streamer to put up the notes / HTML you had below your video window - we will attempt to copy most of this across but this will be a manual task and may take some time.
